I just recharged $20.00 and only received 1000 dias!. I thought I was suppose to get 2000 Dias!. Who can I dispute this problem with?.. I have already put in the so call ticket and I\'m pretty sure I want hear nothing for weeks. This is the second time I have had problems with recharging but this time, my money was taken!
