Well as it seems typical I have had no resolution to my ticket at all. This has been going on since February 12th and still pending . I will dispute the charges since I never received what I paid for and so what if I get banned is it really worth it to stay when all you do is screw us over and take our money and threaten your players who stand up for what is rightfully paid for.

sorry not a mod, but they will ask for IGN, platform and server name and screen shots of payments etc as proof, also a note went out to submit payment issues thru the ticket system. otherwise will be wasting time, and get slower response, just a heads up, hope it helps you and speeds up your solution

I need your IGN and server, the ticketing system is not functioning fast due to the fact that only one person was designated to allow access in the ticketing system , please send us the information forrest.halliburton  had mentioned., PM me once you\'re done supplying the infos and proofs regards this issue so I can re-report it.
