PLEASE read concerning fair compensation

        Hi I am just copy pasting this from a post I made to Feather of Sun who has submitted it;
        Please share any opinions, I talked with alot of Players myself and tried to find something that was fair and equitable and would not completely unbalance the game.
                        Since you said you would forward demands these are not really demands, but what I think is fair and equitable to the majority of players.                                ;think everyone should get 45-50% refund in diamonds                                and to cover free to play etc in addition...                                level 50-59 should get 5k in diamonds                                level 60-69 should get 10k in diamonds                                level 70-79 should get 15k in diamonds                                level 80-89 should get 20k diamonds                                plus 1k diamonds for every level of vip they have                                They can give SQ to everyone and also add a exchange for different yellow heros for those that have legitimately won her so they will then have 2 yellow                                If we all contact our CC companies and do 6 months of chargebacks with the proof that exists in this forums it will cost them far more.                                I am not saying this because I think it means more because you spent more, I think tho that they should pay special attention to the players that have really supported this game financially so it doesn\'t end.                                Also I absolutely think Ghost, Redshift and any other mod that helped bring this forward should be given the power to check the accts of suspicious players and answer those concerns. ;                                What we need now to save the game is to compensate the players in a way that screams We are sorry and put in place the checks and balances needed to make players feel confident to recharge again.                                Thanks        By Vip level i mean that for instance level 1 vip 1k additional diamonds
        vip 2=2k additional
        vip 3= 3k additional
        all the way to up to level 10 should get 10k additional;
        I think this would be most fair to the majority of players from ftp to mega casher

        I am not knocking what you are posting or what you believe.

        For the record, The Voice of Reason(me), believes that every player has some minimum compensation that he or she considers fair.

        anything that either you or I or anyone else can type that we/us consider fair will be unfair to the next person who reads the post. some may say yes, yes for reasons of fairness or for reasons of the comp is extremely more than adequate. others may say No, No, because their damage, perceived damage, is less than they are willing to take.

        simple greed also has some bearing.

        There is no easy or simple;solution for GTArcade. Which is something that they badly need. an easy or simple way out of this mess. two possibilities exist. an extremely generous comp which overly benefits those less affected, or an extremely miserly comp which underly benefits those most affected.

        finding a comp plan that at least partially satisfies all is going to be very difficult to achieve.

        I get why the request or demands have gotten more shrill in the last two days. remaining mute, like they have done, is not helping. far better to do SOMETHING, however wrong, than to do NOTHING.

        I absolutely agree with you, My only purpose in making the post was to get people commenting thinking it is too much, too little etc..
        I nor anyone else can speak for everyone, but I tried putting in words things that many different types of players thought would be fair.
        I know some heavy cashers as well as ftp so I really tried to cover everything and do it in a way that would not cause too much imbalance and make everyone feel like they actually received compensation according to what they have put in.

        Compensation by lvl is in no way fair.

        My highest lvl char is 76 and lowest is 63 but can honestly say have spent a lot more then half those over lvl 80 ..

        After seeing all the comps being put forward, it\'s crazy .. Ghosts has a valid point on game balance, vhunters just doesn\'t look right at all. Most simple comp would be a tailored package to suit players in form of items, crests whatever then a percentage of total recharges refund in diamonds.. before anyone pisses and moans about fairness ... the diamonds received by recharges would represent that players recharging habit anyway so it would not unbalanced the game anymore then if they were to usually recharge.

        I couldn\'t really care about compensation at this point would rather them focus on repairing the game and to publicly state not to use seeds/hacks whatever in the game again and also fix the support system..

        chris, under what is proposed here you would receive about 50% of any diamonds u recharged plus the stuff for level and vip and SQ.
        The reason it has different scales for different things is precisely for players like you and FTP for example if you are just a long time loyal ftp and you are level 80+ you would get 20k diamonds and SQ
        if you are level 78 and have spent lets say 1,000 you would receive back 50k diamonds, 15k for your level and lets say you are level 8 vip it would be 8k more so you would receive 73k in diamonds and SQ.
