Inheriting angels

I inherited an angel with over 4000 evolve points. But when Inherit was done, the evo points did not carry to the new angel. That is around 3000 plus Seraphs I lost. Shouldn\'t have the points transfered as well? Please help me here.

Evo points do not carry from one angel to another. Only the already evolved lvl.

gotta read the fine print! the bottom line, granted it sucks but that is way it made, same for gear enhance and hero;upgrades so beware.; many have made same mistakes since games inception.
