usually you can tell by the resources used to obtain the high scores. Some things it won\'t matter how much you save they are not useful unless collected during tycoon.

As for everyone else\'s decision to recharge or not, I can only speak for myself and I will not recharge with a company that uses deceptive practices.

I am not so attached to my online ego that it hurts my wittle feelings to be beat out in COM or CS or whatever.
