you are so correct, but it is like prying something from a dead body. Of course they are looking at it as possible lost future income. If;GT give them something then they wont need to recharge? of the humanity. Even if it has been their fault they have not shown any compassion or guilt before, you know this from the piles of posts (since beginning) that have gone unanswered/ignored or replied with nothing will be done. And most comps are under valued to say the least.
