We have a troll name devin. He is using Ezmeralda also. He is getting to be a nuisance. I have screenshots of this person\'s behavior.  He claims to hack us all and calls people including me names. Yes, as fos stated, sometimes threads get pushed very far down the list because of new threads coming in. And we have a specific time schedule that we work. We as FM\'s do our best to respond and report as many issues as we can. We too are players and deal with all the same bs as everyone else. So we know what it\'s like. I will double check to see if this player was reported. But honestly, if he isn\'t using profanity, or using racists remarks. I\'m not sure they will mute him. Only thing I can suggest is to keep that chat closed when he\'s on.
