BUGS AND ISSUES PLAYING PLEASE FIX THIS

I am having several issues out of this game, one of them being that I cant recharge anything when I know I have the money for it. I keep having glitches trying to do the totems because it wont let me past a certain guardian that I was able to easily beat before. I was trying to get a mount during this mount exclusive and I worked really hard and spent diamonds on getting tidal pool requirement met only to not be able to complete the recharging on the diamonds. I am very upset that this game is so bugged and I hope that you will fix this and make it right for me and refund my diamonds or give me the mount I was trying for. raiders in our server never works and if it does work it is only for a few hours and then it wont work for months at a time. please fix these things as I am about ready to quit this game due to all the issues with trying to play it.
