Can't find my server in the dropbar in the payment page

I\'m on Nocturna (S0) and I cannot find the server on the dropbar when I go to make a payment. I\'ve tried to submit a ticket and that isn\'t working either, when i hit submit the screen just flashes and nothing changes.;
I need help
