Hello, mods

Today, I recharged 999 then 499 diamonds. I collected the single recharge for 999, but it says the total recharge of 1500 was collected, which it was not. Please help to rectify this. Thank you in advance

Hi, have heard nothing about either my lost inferno attempt OR recharge reward. I have been extremely patient, considering the insulting compensations everybody has been receiving for these errors. Please at least; keep me posted, what is going to be done about these 2 problems for me?? This is the last time it will be brought up, as I am seriously walking away from this game I once loved, very soon, the rate things are going around here. Thanks again mods.
