collecting anything, gems, and blitzes not working

        For the last 4 days server Selene S257 has been having issues of collecting anything, blitzes, Lil Helper, and gems not working properly. To do loops or gems with lil helper you have to constantly start and stop it.;

        Fix ;server 257. ;Have to been getting flooded with tickets since the update the day of the flashy cards came out. ; This is NOT a browser issue on our end it is SERVER wide. ;Cant believe this didnt get addresed before the weekend and going into a Tycoon. ;It is almost as if your trying to get s257 to quit. ;Well I can tell you its working.

This is unreal- the server has been down for days now, and when sending tickets we get nothing but attitude and being told to have patients, well we have been waiting and have had patients, we have also tried to play a broken game- its not fun any more, people have left this server and left the game fully because we are being ignored.
        you need to get this fixed, i have refreshed my browser(like the support ppl have told me to) i have cleaned my cookies, and history- like your support has told me to, and yet nothing is working, its funny that i was told this but everyone else is HAVING THE SAME ISSUES!! its not our side of the game thats broken- ITS YOURS!;
its said truly that you ppl dont care enough to actually give us an answer and or try to fix our server.;
;im soon done of this game- broken for a day and or a couple hours is understandable but being this long is unreal- and no one is trying to help us or tell us whats going on.;

gemology wont work correctly, raiders wont work right, lil helper wont work at all, jackpot not working correctly, cant do tarot cards cause lil helper wont work, still cant collect anything- doesnt show, my game hasnt been reset so im guessing on everything i am doing.

C\'mon now, its been 4 days and nothing is working. Ever since the update the whole server ( Selene S257) has not been able to enjoy the game without major refreshing and extreme clicking, none of the buttons work, Little Helper is out, cant synth gems, losing major scrolls when trying to do it, event buttons dont work or the Hot Events buttons, lets just say, the whole gaming server is down ! We are losing major players here, when will you guys fix this !!????

        Completely fed up - trying to play but this is a joke - I have raised tickets with no response. You have made a change and should be able to regress to the previous versions. We are losing so much for those that play daily with events not working, gems not working, lil helper not working, devotion not working, open chests not working. We are coming up for a week and I can see no evidence of any improvements. Can you please tell us what is going on and when we can expect to play normally again.
