the improvement was that the bubble fills faster(by faster i refer to time not resource wise) had nothing to do with the evolve percent

they would of had to been 2 different accts the 1st one appears to be a vip as it has luneria thats why it isnt listed isolde in the black colors in front of angelina the 2nd photo is that of a non vip thus why they dont have luneria and its listed before angelina also the top photo has amora lvl 70 as the bottom appears to not have amora at all nice try but an epic fail on your behalf

when they improve, optimize it normally is worse odds for the player, seen it time and again. even seen mod post that they make it harder sometimes. have asked to have this system replaced with a true scale like emblems/training rtc. have also asked how these are biased. I did start to get some info but never got full story. there are factors that affect this just cant get them to be honest with information. Mod please get data out here for us to see

        Who has been feeding you all that? As far as I know, none of the junior mods know anything about it and we ourselves often get 95%+ bubbles.

        I had 95% fill for 10 star recently...another mod did too. He just made it pop at 43000+ for
Excelsior. Even Redshift had his fair share of of close to full bubble pops.

        As for Cycona...dude that\'s two different accounts. I am not sure what the point of that is? Full bubbles are indeed very rare >.> But are they even your account?
