Is this EVER going to get fixed?

Zodiac and quests are STILL DOWN and now the tycoon event starts. FFS!!!! I\'ve sent tickets in, I\'ve posted on here and the Mods have reported the issue but nothing seems to get done about it. I expect that EVERYONE dealing with this same problem is more than a little FED UP with the absolute lack of customer service that you guys are pretending to provide. This is an absolute joke. This crap had better be fixed before the end of the first day of tycoon or I believe that EVERYONE suffering from this glitch should be getting paid out the grand prize from every event that the glitch has effected for them.;
You Mods and developers need to get your (beep) together and get these glitches dealt with! i for one, want an ANSWER as to WHEN AND IF this is EVER going to be FIXED, or just tell us if you\'re letting the game die so we can just move on already!

You can get tycoon\'s collection problem fixed in mere hours but DATABASE ERROR takes WEEKS or MONTHS?!?!
Get this crap taken care of guys! Everyone suffering from this glitch has had more that enough of this We\'ll get to it as soon as possible;
