Chat Moderator per Server?

Hi, I would like to ask.

Dont we have any chat moderators?
Most of the time in Every server that I am in.
There are so many chat floods and posting hack links and the most problem are those who chats using bad/inappropriate words.

        Really irritating.
        You know, getting a player banned or blocked for even a small period of time is quite fine.
        There are so many players in a server.

        But, we can minimize this problem by having In game moderators.
        Just a suggestion but Why not have it?

        As far as i know, only R2 hire in-game mod and they only stay for like 1-2 weeks of server start. (i only ever played in R2 and here)

        Yeah, and also in Game 321.
        I experienced that and they are very strict.

        I hope so that GTArcade will have too.

        Most of the spammers, trollers and cussers are noob players specifically created to harass world chat.
        Banning or muting these players is useless.
        Since there is no email or human verification system to create an account here, these banned or muted players simply create a new account and are there to harass you again in minutes.
        They should raise the ability to use world chat to something like level 50 or higher.

Gtarcade doesnt have a program like this, forum moderators really dont have the ability to help you either. ;This is a serious problem in game, biggest problem is over 700 servers exist which normally means if implemented most likely would be 12 servers per chat admin.
