server time changed need anwser as to why

my servers time is wrong it changed from 11:00 to 10:00 server 480 ign MAtt

i think it was because of daylight saving time has start.

http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2015.html only a handfull of countries start DST today America being the main one... So now UK players are being shafted. Thanks GTArcade.;
