How do I request a refund

This game pisses me off cuz of the lag. I am quitting. The support ticket system is crap and wont let me submit a ticket requesting a refund on the money i put on this game. What else can i do?

Its not true
If u use PayPal (i think they will remove this option asap) u can make a Reverse.
If u have evidences they can own back ur money from this company.
They using seeds, to make us pay more, they dont fix bugs, so its a broken product

thats what i did. i submitted with paypal to have them refund the money. this game is to messed up and they are constantly putting out more servers which is causing more stress on the game itself. they need to focus more on fixing the bugs they have then release more servers
