World Chat level requirement

        In an effort to stop the spammers, trollers, cursers and harassers in world chat (which are mostly made by NOOB players),
        I suggest you raise the level that a player can use world chat to at least level 30.

        Since there is no email verification or a human one either (like a CAPTCHA challenge) to create new accounts, not letting them troll until level 30 may discourage some from even trying. That way, if a mod decides to ban or mute a player, it will be a little more difficult to return as a new player.
