Sorry, cindy I highly doubt Gtarcade will do anything for you. The flashy cards are another one of their marketing ploy to make you spend at every event.

They have more than a hundred different problems that they have yet to fix. This is a problem that is the least of their concerns. I am 99% sure they wont bother helping you out since technically it is your fault that you traded your permanent ones. ;
