non customer support and ignorance

        i did everything i needed to do for crystal rain dear evo, is wouldnt work so sent a ticket, that was ignored for hours untill the even had finished and told i didnt use enough seraph stones, but i did, i want my evo or my money back,;
        i am trying to add pictures to this phost but not sure how to do it..... please could some one from support atleast look at my tickets, $100 and you do nothing
