Server Clock Bug / Glitch - Daylight Savings Time Update Fail

After Reset none of the game icons on the desktop showed status counters.; Later some game event start times were effected by the change in the US to Daylight Savings Time, some were not.

This seems to have created problems for many players about the time as not all are US players when they use a US server.;

Tycoon reward times like the 2200 hour rank rewards never occurred, either at the updated time, nor at the pre DST time.

This is creating a big problem.
