For me yep, I\'m up against Double Canon opponents in my server. So his damage is pretty high against them.

Though if against Tanks, his damage sucks... lol

I run Triple Cannon so it\'s useful up until you look at the alt hero bonus. If you run a DPS in the Agi/Crit spot, a hero with Ice Wrath or a tank in Hp, and a tank in alt spot it\'s actually pretty useful. I was able to finish three new pillars just because I switched to Dracomere.
