        If you haven\'t, I\'d advise posting in support, which as I recall is the correct place - mods tend to focus their efforts there. Might also open a ticket if you haven\'t already (though as far as I hear, it tends to go faster if you post in support).;

        IGN and server# will be required. Mods also tend to require screenshots -check the FAQ before posting, might have the requirements. If you\'re not sure, just do your best; if mods require more they\'ll ask (so be sure to check on your topic every once in a while). And always make sure to describe your problem clearly - mods can\'t do much if they have to guess as to what your problem actually is ;).

Hope your problem gets fixed soon. And yes, if your payments don\'t come through, I would recommend not trying again in the same fashion for now. Might be some payment systems are down at times.

        danies, go to your my account tab, then payment history tab, take a ss
        then as if you are going to recharge go to the provider you used find the three transactions and take a ss (if FB this will be in your history)
        Then submit a ticket, make sure you use the recharge issue tab, tell them what happened and submit ss to them, and only them.
        When it comes to sensitive information from the provider you purchased from you should always handle those tickets through support, NEVER IN FORUMS.
