I always go for the mount that affects the party. ;phoenix >; luminous >; smoldering >; dragon king

pick the highest one on that chain that you have access to.
However i have 3 heavy strikers on my team so it makes a difference, if your main is your only one you might see kirin be better. ;It all depends

I ignore most other mounts except in zodiac or spire I will use moonlinght for the dodge bonus
