chase bank is the best when it come to disputeing charges they give your cash then investigate

        It kind of depends on which bank/credit card service you are with.;
        Best thing to do is to contact them and see what their procedures are.;

        it depends on what payment method you used, if major credit card check their policies, you need a lot of documentation and you need to request refund from the seller

        if debit, depends on your bank policy as a rider to the debit cards sponsor (ie visa, master card)
        if paypal I am not sure but last I heard they don\'t allow charge backs on virtual items, and any other form of payment I am equally unfamiliar with.
