Rehcarhge but not received diamonds

        I have purchased a $9.99 Diamond Recharge and did not receive any diamonds. My name is Shine on Server Seth(745)-HKT and below is attached proof of the only two browsers that opened up. Purchase was made by Game On Voucher that was on file, so it automatically processed. I hope to hear from you guys soon to resolve this.

        From your image, I could see that you play LoA via Facebook. You should provide us the transaction ID or number so that our devs could check your recharge status. You could find the information in your Facebook account in payment section.

Without transaction ID of your recharge, devs couldn\'t check your recharge record, hence can\'t tell you what\'s wrong with your recharge.
