Inherit evolved hero lose evolution?

so I was wondering, if I were to inherit an evolved hero like say goddess wolf into another hero. will wolf lose its evolution and become berserker claw again?, just wondering cuz wen I went to inherit into another hero it says something about resetting training and class lvl to lowest value, just wanted to make sure b4 I do it that I wont lose evolution on wolf

I\'ve done it before - you don\'t lose the evolution.

If you fire a evolved hero you also get the crest back.
