        I invested in your game hoping it would make it a better game. But, apparently, you spent it all on your New Years holiday when you were out partying for a month while totally ignoring your game. The amount of bugs that pop up daily, the lack of development after lvl 80 and your total failure to rightly compensate me for my csa losses have caused me to quit your silly little game. I am now requesting my money back. You can just go ahead and send it back to my Paypal, thanks.

Ya, I know that\'s there. But now that you noticed my post, have you gotten the hint? Think maybe it\'s time to go to work now? How many players do you want to quit? Are you trying to totally destroy this game? I think maybe you should act fast or lose it all.

Why was this information posted on page 2 of that thread? Don\'t you think it would have been a good idea to put that in the main body, right up top where everyone would see it?;

I want my money back

        I play on the same sever as Apollyon and I understand his frustration as we all experience it daily. Every day its something else that is broken. You introduce new elements to the game without fixing others and you promise to fix things only to damage something else.;

        I certainly hope that whatever you announce tomorrow is not another lame attempt at accusing players for trying to get more glory and its an actual solution where you will go into your back end programming and figure out exactly what EVERYONE is owed.

       

                   
  •                         CSA was glitched for over a month with no proper response from your team.
                   
  •                         CSA emptied out our glory more than once, so who can;remember;what they;actually;had. (I myself had my glory go back to zero overnight several times - but my frustration was to much to sit there and tabulate everything each night.)
                   
  •                         YOU as the programmer have the capability to create an;algorithm;or whatever database search you need to do to easily;calculate;everyone\'s;true Glory.
           
                        So please, STOP accusing players for your mistakes and for the first time be PROACTIVE and FIX the problem which is completely your fault and NOT your customers (players) fault. How are we supposed to remember every number in the game? Now you expect us to take screen shots of every page to prove to you where we are in the game?                               
                                We pay for this game and pay for you to provide a quality game and to address issues in a timely manner. So if you\'re going to take weeks to respond at least have the courtesy of providing a thorough response so players are informed and are not weary of these tactics you have employed in managing this game.                               
                                If your top players are defecting like Chronos and others...then what motivates players like us to stay on board.                               
                                Nothing.                               
                                So time to amp up your customer service and start treating players with what we expect and pay for, a quality game with quality customer service and timely responses to issues that arise.

For reference, the T&C doc linked to by xDane in post #1 is not applicable in almost all Western countries, as various consumer rights legislation and existing bank chargeback schemes/consumer protection regulations supercede this disclaimer ;)
