yes this fricken glitch is the most annoying one ive ran into even more then the ta not working crap.. yea u can mine aslong as the other team dont have a bunch of people just to clam ur time with failed battles. my last match i spent the entire match with the battle screen up.. ;i dont even see how this could get screwed up on a patch it wasnt anywhere near this bad b4 so i guess they decided to fix what wasnt broken and well broke it
