Recharge only in USD now?

I know there have been recent changes to the processing of payments, but I have never had to pay for my diamonds in USD. I am not American, nor do i play from the United States. Not only have you increased the cost of diamonds if paid for by any means other than a credit card, but now i have to additionally pay an exchange rate on top of that? Not to mention the fact that the handling fee on these transactions has doubled.. whats going on?;

There were some EU laws regarding virtual transaction/tax applied recently if that is what you are asking about.

        I am Canadian, and i play from Canada. I have always paid in CDN funds. NOT USD.

        To put this in monetary perspective, I am looking at nearly $20 for every 1K diamonds..

        I am Canadian and all recharge I ever did was always in USD.

        BTW, Canadian conversion to USD is really bad right now...so yeah...
