HELP!!

        a player from our guild lost 22,6 BR on her Blazing Soul cause of bug! While in drills and using timeskip scrolls, she closes it and then she lost it - the elemental training of that hero resets to lvl1!!! All of it!! Please help!
        Server is Hanah 714, player - Riversong, Guild - Haiducii, hero - Blazing Soul... Waiting for some response!!
