Bulk Totem upgrading

        I like to suggest we have a bulk upgrade button for upgrading totem.; It makes it faster if we want to go from lvl 1 to lvl 6 totem to max.
        Or if we can a quick upgrade button: if you have enough experience to upgrade that totem lvl (or to that totem lvl), it should be quick button click to upgrade.
        ---for example: say I saved up 5 mil experience and wanted to go from totem lvl 1 to lvl 9
        -----click lvl 9 totem: select quick upgrade, confirm YES, auto upgrade to lvl 9 if enough wisdom

        There is already a bulk upgrade button, though it may not be as convenient as what you want.

        It would be a lot quicker if I have enough exp to upgrade from totem lvl 2 to totem lvl 6.; Click that totem and BAM, not get achy finger =)
