Unbalanced alliance

Hi,
I am making a suggestion but I know I am quite late and GTA will not even consider it. But still at least for the discussion..
1. ;When the Divine realm was created players were allowed to create their alliances at the cost of 500 diamonds. That straight away gave rise to inequality, an inequality that will just widen the gap between top player and mid or lower players. Top players made their own alliances with people above 2 million BR and now can kill 65 bosses in divine war whereas lower level alliance can\'t even cross 6-7 bosses. I am not sure about the difference in reward but I am sure that would be quite a lot.
2. I suggest that akin to divine war factions the alliances could have been randomly allocated based on stats, so that all alliances are more or less equal at the start of event and there after they would grow as per their activities. Top players would still do most damage and get away with best prizes where as the lower level players who are getting nothing here would be better off because of number of bosses killed.
3. Newer players who attain level 70 after the start of event could be given a choice of three alliances to choose from to keep the balance.
4. Only counter argument that I foresee is that people may be stuck in the alliance that they don\'t like. But we are stuck in the server that we may not like or faction for that matter so alliance could go in same direction. Or I am sure somebody can come up with the idea to even balance that out.;
