Thanks but are you saying they dont even have somebody on standby to fixs thing.... what if the whole game crashed no body would be in to fix it till 9pm EST?? Oh wait thats right if the whole thing crash then they would care cause that would be losing them money!!!! Well they need to get it together cause I can count on my server alone over 50 people gone in the last few months because of things like this and some heavy cashers.

That is just an excuse. They run a game 24 hours a day 7 days a week, everyday of the month all year round. I don\'t care if they work out of Antarctica they should have a response team or back up person to come in and fix problems; as they happen. That is like running a Store open 24 hours a day every day and not having employees to stock shelves, run cash registers, or even empty trucks that are coming in to drop off cargo for the store. You all want our money but give us nothing in return except lies, excuses, and expect us to just  Be Patient  all the time. Don\'t worry though there will be a lot of legal actions and other things heading your way and this game will be reported and the company as well to every place I can think of starting with the Better Business Brureu and other areas that will effect your in flux of monetary values. It\'s bad enough Paypal refuses to take any more charges for your company and so do most US American Banks and Credit Unions. Maybe your staff and the CEO and Owners of the game should think of what China\'s ancestors would do when they dishonor their family name and disrespect themselves and other\'s .. You know that thing with the sword into the belly and thrust in different directions a total of 3 times .. Harey Carey it\'s called.;

It\'s not an excuse. The gta staff are people too. And they have a working day like any other adult. And yes, we do have an emergency line that we report some of these issues to. And major emergencies will be dealt with. Yes, the game operates 24 hours a day. But like I said. The staff are people just like anyone else. They don\'t have a huge staff to have 3 shifts constantly covered. Better Business Bureau is crap and they are just a rating company. And you are interrupting my process to try and help people as I can. Devs and Super Mods don\'t monitor these threads. So you are threatening and attacking a fellow gamer who does as much as he can to try to help other players. If all you want to do is vent. Please go to the general forums and cry as much as you want there. Thank you and enjoy your day.

        Does LoA accept payments 24/7? Does it run 24/7? It does. So it should have at least basic support 24/7. I understand it would be hard for you, but try to recollect how many issues were thrown under the bus on the vacation or weekend excuse. So stop filling the forum with bs!
