So i sent in a ticket YESTERDAY over 24 hrs now about a recharge that was charged to my account but never given the Diamonds in game making me miss out on The Precious Reward / Total recharge / and something i needed the diamonds to buy from daric shop / craft master. I sent in 6 screen shots of my Tidal pool points / precious not collected / total recharge not collected , even went into sending the bank statement of the charges. Then after 12 hrs i got a We will look into the recharge To

Dear Player: Have you got the enough points for this level reward\'s requirement, have a good time.
If that was not a disrespecting response ontop of the screen shots i sent meaning he went out his way to ask for it then IGNORE it and tell me that.
I want this support system to fix up , Because im now taking this to legal actions since this is not the first time something similar has happend. On another occasion i was charged 3 times for a 1 time purchase and was not compensated or refunded till i called in a claims to my bank. So i was being ROBBED of 2 extra charges like im not gunna find out when i check my statements EVERYDAY so it seems League Of Angels has Seeds Hackers Unresponsive or Rude support You guys have lost my trust and my money and i will make sure i take this into legal action since it seems you guys think im some dyslexic idiot who can\'t read where these charges go to and what time or for what.
