Francise shop didnt reset for me!

After we took Glorious fortress yestarday my francise shop didnt refresh its purchase attempts its still 9/9 ... please do fix it before ;the next alliance war ! Yes and i cannot even post my screen shot some chinse jiberish show when ever i try to .
