Recharged, but no diamonds showing in account

        Hi there,
        I have recharged 1000 diamonds today, I have email confirming it has gone through, but there\'s no diamond showing in my account, nothing in my precious and the recharge bonus items in hot events all not showing. Here is my receipt details:

        Dear Player, please be aware that the different payment companies take more/lesser time for diamonds to be shown on LoA. Please just in case screen shot your payment history along with your in game hot event and provide me with your Transaction ID. If you diamonds won´t  be delivered by the end of the day and server resets the picture for hot event of precious will show us that you weren´t  able to collect your bonus howerver you paid for it. If this will be the case we´ll send you your diamonds then.

        But note I´m not promising anything this is just IF
