Server Transfer Token or Restart option

Some of us CHOSE a low populated server for a reason.
I for one hate over-populated servers, they either cause too much lag or you have very little chance of progression because of all the over-powered players.
Winning an AW was tough before, NOW it\'s going to be damn-near impossible with all the new lvl 80s running around -- albeit, I do find it comical knowing the players and alliances that held the top spots in Battle Shrine, Alliance Wars, and World Boss on my server, before the merge, finally have met their match, and now have to face REAL competition.

Anyway...
I would like a server transfer token to another low populated server (if any still exist), or give us the ability to restart (or delete and restart) are characters on another server while still maintaining our resources. Again, I CHOSE a low populated server for a reason. I would very much like that option.
