so back on Nov 11th of last yr i filed a ticket because of a game issue where i had recharged for 500 diamond in order to get a new mount.. it said my recharge was successful however i never recieved the diamonds i recharged for nor was i able to claim the mount i wanted during the event.. so i did what i thought i did and sumitted a ticket on this matter but to my surprise the issue has yet to be resolved i nvr got the mount or the diamonds and i nvr even got a reply to my tickect not even the standard we r looking into this matter and will reply within 2 business days at least until now a couple weeks ago i final got a answer ;(4 months Later). there response was did this issue resolve it self basicly and if not please submitt another ticket. Really and what wait another 4 months for another response.. my question is this where r my diamonds and where is my mount. where is my comp for the dissappointment in ur lack of response in timely manner.. can you actually resolves this issue for me or not..;

really the only response i get is told to read the rules, i have read the rules and know the rules. my issue was i reported a problem and was asking for help in resolving the issue but it took 4 month to get a response at all to it and i ;nvr bothered sending my information because when first submitting a ticket i was nt told exactly what was needed;no one ever responded to my ticket not for 4 month and them im told it was because they have been working on bugs and other game issues. im sorry but this is very upsetting to me that response to player in game and recharge issues are neglected for so long. Oh and BTW i did provide the information need as it is asked within the rules within the ticket i submitted when asked for it, i just wasnt posting it n the forum for everyone else. And also not all of the payment centers that GTA is using for recharges provide players with order ID number worldpay for example, i have contact this company itself and was told that that information is only given to GTA upon there request with verification of there acct information and GTA tax ID.. so the information requested from players with recharge issues is not always provided to them or available to them..;

i have noticed this issue soooo often with this game their customer support is terribad at its best.. it gotten to the point i quit even trying to submit tickets on issues that arent the most importance.. u never get a response.. ;and if they wanna keep their money coming in from recharging they should fix that issue.. ;who wants to keep paying a game where they dont give a crap about the players at all not even the paying players only care that they get money
