        please someone respond i have made a ticket and was told would be fixed but that was over a week ago now i have asked again but no response and i only need 20 more crest shards to make this hero but was a glitch few weeks back where i got 20 Valkyarie crests im guessing they should of been crest shards as they wont stack on the existing crest shards i have but until they fix i cant gain this hero and is kinda a issue i have same problem with Arcane hunter

no they told me to get herosouls and get in recruits but why would i if have 65 crest shards and (20 crests;) < which need to be changed to crest shards i mean i realise im still 20 short but can gain easily just like you to fix the 20 which u have already agreed are incorrect !!!!!!!!!!!;

        You have 20 crests - you should be able to recruit the hero at this point as long as u also have the 1500 topaz herosouls that are required.
        Although, in this scenario,;u\'d be taking advantage of a bug that was in HoC...so, personally, I\'d get the other 20 shards u need and then use one of;the crests u already have - then, ur not cheating \'cause u would have obtained all the necessary resources ;)

yea i am just going to have to get the crest shards i need and pretend the 20 crests dont exist as they dont even show as a single crest either i was just hoping they would change them to crest shards for me as is what i thought they where in first place and they did tell me it was an error but seems they dont care and wont fix thanks for ur input ;
