Recharge Problem

        Hi,

        I cannot recharge and kept getting recharge Failure Message, can you please to check it out.

        I have check with my bank and I do no have problem on my side.

        Ign = GreenArrow and Server = Oneiphorus(788) Pst

        Could you please provide us with some more information regarding the recharge method you are using? Creditcard, paypal or another platform?

        Also some screenshots of the error would be very helpful, so we can pinpoint where exactly the failure is occuring and why.

        I am using master card to recharge.

        Here is the screen shot of it.

        After I enter my new credit card detail, it was working for 1 day. Then all of a sudden, it would not allow me to recharge. I have check with my bank and they asure me that my card has no problem with it.

        I\'m sorry for the inconvenience, you can attempt to use another payment option in the mean time,  such as Ultimatepay or Paymentwall.  The SM\'s are away of the recent recharge issues players are experiencing and is attempting to resolve any issues on their end.   However transactions go though a 3rd party site which you need to contact their support concerning the transaction.   They will often have filters or other things preventing transactions to complete.   

        The other option is attempting contacting GTA\'s customer support regarding this following the instructions on this post http://community.gtarcade.com/post/56645/
