I\'ve gotten burnt AGAIN! ;It cost me tycoon points AGAIN! ;I am getting sick and tired of this crap! ;Feb 27th which by the way still have not received an answer back. ;To recap, I received my 4K precious bonus but conveniently NEVER got my original 4K purchase from ($39.99). ;Now after cross server tycoon, just finished single server tycoon. ;My character for the record is Sir Galahad on Server 78 (bulroc). ;At or about 11:45 PM (server time) tonight (3/12/15), I made a ($19.99) purchase which coupled with Precious bonus should have given me another 4K diamonds. ;Look it up support. ;This now a total of 12K diamonds that I paid for or was to receive compensation from a promotion and I did not receive my just reward that I was supposed to receive. ;I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! ;The game play today was spotty and atrocious. ;I DEMAND more than ample compensation for these BS or I may strongly consider de-activating my character and telling as many people as I can of the atrocious lack of feedback when you try to contact support. ;First of all, you cant contact support because there is no option for recharge or billing issues. ;I dont know what else to say. ;12K diamonds that I should have and do not and as a result cost me in TWO tycoon events from getting certain prizes for attaining xyz level. ;For instance tonight my final total was 198,700 or 1300 short of the 200K tycoon reward. ;Do I have a right to be upset? ;Ya think! ;FIX THIS and give me my forthright compensation if not more for having to deal with this nonsense. ;We pay for a service. ;When the service is not forthrightly rendered. ;Support and admin have a customer service duty to and or FIX the problem and give commensurate compensation as a result. ;DO YOUR JOB! ;\'Nuff said.
