HoC event, shards missing .....Need Help...!!!!!!!!!

In previous HoC event, i lost my 10 valkyrie shards which was reported & i was assured i will be returned back the shards through in-game mail or directly to y inventory.
Its been weeks & i havent seen any of my missing 10 valkyrie shards & no response from mods is making it really hard to trust.

This is really getting ridiculous..beyond pathetic..... ;If u guys are not gonna respond, atleast let players know so that we can stop posting in the forums & instead of expecting some help, we can directly quit the game. I m really angry & its really frustrating for begging it to u guys to just to resond to a most...the expected help is beyond ages to be;received;i guess..

& no dev or supermod is gonna help me with it..?? ;cant u guys just arrange a 10 shards reward through in-game mail..? like u did for my missing td rewards..?.......sharing personal email details with an unknown is kinda risky...u know..
