Payment Issue - S736 [Zarcon]

        Hey dear LoA-Staff,

        I am writing because I feel very upset for a good player on my Server. We are both type of players paying a lot of attention and money in this game, but what happened today isn\'t a very nice thing. Tycoon was running out and of course the most are trying to get a lot of points in the last minute. Zarcon - the player 1st placed - recharged to get Diamonds so he can hold this place. But they didn\'t appear! He was waiting, refreshing all time. Normally they come the time you recharge them directly, but this time not. Just a few Seconds before Reset he finally got them, but way to late. Event ended and because of this error he lost the Tycoon and also the Diamonds from the Precious Event. Me and a lot of other diffrent people think, thats not fair and he should get the rewards he missed because of that! He lost a good price AND Diamonds he paid for! I think that\'s a no go! Because we are paying a lot of money and even if the people call us Cashers, we are one of the reasons why this game can excist.

        I also want RoseofWrath and Crindor to be controled if they really recharge or if they uses Hack Tools. A guy spammed www.cheatsguild.com every time on world chat and I don\'t know what they did, but since then they pushed up very fast on Tycoon.

        I would thank you very much if you can find a great Compensation for that!

        I would also like to see some compensation for Zarcon. He spends alot of time and money on the game. He lost alot from Tycoon and deserves it.

        Dear LOA staff,

        I recharge via paypal, please feel free to take a look. Mikaela is holding a personal grudge which she has no problem expressing in the game. Crindor also recharges properly. I hoarded items that gain tycoon points til the last minute so that I could overtake 1st place. I didn\'t even have to use them all. Jealousy can be a real brutal beast.;As a matter of fact, Mikaela\'s whole guild was trying to find her hacks to win, so if anyone needs to be looked into , it would be her. I have screen shots of those conversations.

        Nice you was spying us in Guild Chat. Well we were joking. I have enough real money to recharge and the people can control this.

        I use mobile phone payment, because I have no other methods I can use in Germany. I also have no PayPal and can\'t couple it with my Bankaccount. I miss a lot of rewards, because I just can recharge 20 Euros/Dollars each time but I still do. I can make a screen of my Payments via Facebook, where they are listed so then can check it up.

        Dear player(s),

        If zarcon wants a compensation, said player should contact us him/herself. If said player has already, we are most likely looking into what we can do for him/her.

        Other than that: Please don\'t use support forum to fight out your personal battles and grudges. Don\'t use the forum at all for that! Also jokes about hacking tools should not be made and are not tolerated.  Please refrain from them in the future and make us all happy.

        As for Mikaela-chama, as far as my knowledge goes of Germany I am made aware there are cards to be bought in physical stores that have codes on them, which should make you able to recharge more easily. More information you can find here:paysafecard Please check if LoA offers this kind of payment method for your country if you wish to use it. I know they do for my country.
