Cannot Recharge or Submit Ticket

        I have posted on the support forum in reguarding to Recharge Failure. I have a new credit card and I remove the old credit card details and input my new credit card details but I cannot recharge at all. It kept on telling me Recharge Failure everytime I try to purchase diamond. I have contacted my bank and they have confirm with me that my credit card has no problem.
        Up until now, there is no support responding to my help on the forum at all.

A lot of banks and especially paypal are refusing service to GTArcade. You should ask other players if they\'re having the same problem with the bank you use.

        I had the same problem for 2 days.
        The problem is worldpay, which are the 2 top payment options.
        Select the 3rd from the top payment option and it will take you to playspan (ultimatepay)
        I had no issues recharging from there although there is a small surcharge for using them.

        I am using master card to recharge.

        Here is the screen shot of it.

        After I enter my new credit card detail, it was working for 1 day. Then all of a sudden, it would not allow me to recharge. I have check with my bank and they asure me that my card has no problem with it.

        I understand your frustration and sense of emergency concerning the issue.  But please reframe from making multiple posts regarding the same issue.  It will just slow down the ability to help you resolve the problem.

        The hold up would be 3rd party site the transaction going through, rather than your bank side.   You\'re welcome to try another payment option or  follow these instructions in this post.  http://community.gtarcade.com/post/56645/

        I have try option 3 with paypal.
        Paypal has sent me an email saying I have authorized a payment of $314.99 USD to Youzu Games Hong Kong Limited (Transaction ID = 38W01874GA406821H); and;I didn\'t get any diamond in the game.

        Secondly, I also try the last option, as seen from the screen shot, I have purchase $104.99 USD and the screen shot shows I have successfully purchased but I didn\'t get any diamond as well.

        So, I don\'t know what is going on. I got charge on my credit card and didn\'t get any diamond at all.

        Please ignore the last option, the diamonds for the $104.99 just comes through. It work in the purchase method.

I have try all methods of recharge provided in the game, but none of them works. Worldpay was the first one I used and it was fine until I use a new credit card then it spits the dummy. Then I try use option 3 which is the paypal method, LoA reject my purchase and I cannot purchase using paypal. I got no idea why the Yozu reject my purchase. Lastly, I use the paymentwall method, it was working when I was purchasing the $104.99 and when I use to purchase the $314.99 it spit the dummy too. So, I got no way of recharging. This is BS!
