Recharge Failed; Cannot Submit Support Ticket

        Server 815 (Josef), character name Sappha, cannot recharge no matter which payment option is selected: I simply get a recharge failed message.

        Everything is fine on this end with both attempted payment methods. I would have followed the usual procedure of submitting a support ticket, but that won\'t go through either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Change to playspan (ultimatepay) - that is the 3rd selection down - that solved it for me
