However, the transaction goes through a 3rd party, which are the ones controlling the transaction and you would need to contact their support concerning what\'s going on. They often have filters, preventing transactions for various of reasons.
I believe ultimatepay will offer you an option to purchase through Paypal. My preference is using paymentwall
