HOC Issue

        ok last night shortly after reset EST. i did my HOC Draw and got 2 flashy 7\'s, 1 hearts and 1 spades. Then This afternoon i got another 10 cards; and got a Glitched Card just before Quiz, ( Sorry no SS of it ) but it was Blank just a Grey colored Card.
        tonight when i go into my Hot Events i see that i have a New exchange Available to me
        so i think ok maybe that was the card that i got that was Blank, so i click the Swap Button and then get this Error code,
        Not sure what to make of this.

        true story. every time you hit the button and you don\'t have the correct card, you get that symbol...

        I won flashy Aces and they arent showing in my collection (typically) I tried exchanging as soon as I got them and got this message also.
