Missing Sockets / Gems after upgrade

                        I just upgraded my main to Conquest gear for my Sword / Mail / Greaves.        
                        I had all Triumph gear with all gem spots unlocked on all gear with lvl 5 gems.        
                        Somehow after the upgrade My Mail and Greaves do not have the last gem spot open        
                        My helm / boots / ring also lost the last gem spot and gems are missing.       
                        I\'m not sure how this happen, But I do not have 400 Socket Rods to put them back the way they were.       
                        I am out 5 Level 5 Gems as well. They are not in my inventory.        
                        I do remember adding 1 or 2 Lvl 5 Dodge gems and possibly a HP, block.        
                        Please let me know what can be done about this.        
                        This has to be the weirdest glitch I have seen.        
                        Before I switched my gear it was all at Lvl 50 Triumph and all lvl 5 Gems on all sockets.        
                        So I now have 5 pieces of gear with last Sockets locked once again and 5 missing Gems.        
                        Please reply back soon as this is holding back my BR and progress.
