Lottery Big Prize Unclaimed

        Hi,

        During the event Group Buy, I managed to get a total of 1374 points and was given a chance to choose a lucky number in Lottery. I chose 12 as my lucky number. When I went to the Lottery tab, it says lucky number is 9/12 as y\'all can see on the pic attached ( I don\'t know how to post the pic directly so I used a link). So it\'s 9 or 12. I never got the big prize of 5000 diamonds but got 300 vouchers instead. Hope you could fix this. Thanks.
