Angel Exclusive, Question?

Based on the Angels in the Exclusive, I can Possibly SEE why the cost is up there for the Second Tier and Third Tier.. but I had to ask.. Is this a GLITCH or Intentional? Both 2nd Tier Angel Exclusive : Raphael, and 3rd Tier Angel Exclusive: Varda,;are the SAME recharge Cost, 20,000 Diamonds? Usually Second Tier was 5,000 Diamond Recharge??

lol its absurd anyways $200.00 for both but Varda they make you spend 9999 of it too, Angels are so weak these days they don\'t really make enough of a difference anymore to justify these prices it\'s just pure and simple Greed.

Raphael, Athena and Varda all have 100% hit rates, the other angels are subject to the enemies defenses (ie; dodge).
So how \'weak\' your angel is mostly depends on which one you have deployed.
